Reporting

Elwood Staffing offers hundreds of standardized reports to our clients. In addition, we frequently develop custom reports to meet the clients’ data requests. The reports are typically auto-generated and delivered directly to the client's email.

 

Elwood believes it is essential to maintain communication via regular candid informational meetings. In addition, we believe it is our responsibility to provide our clients with "performance report cards" on our service delivery. We share data on such things as fill rates, retention percentages, hired on percentages, lead time to fill orders, attendance of our associates and more. We also publish Quarterly Business Reviews.

Quarterly Business Reviews are one way in which Elwood can gauge effectiveness. Through systematic and structured meetings, we evaluate our program on key performance metrics such as fill ratio, lead time for order fulfillment, retention percentage, productivity (as determined by you, our client) and other key performance indicators.

 

Truly successful staffing arrangements are based not on "feel good" things but, rather, objective results which can be quantified. To that end, we are committed to collecting, reporting and analyzing our performance data to maintain the highest service levels.
